Sleep Training Course
This comprehensive course is tailored specifically for parents and caregivers of children aged four months and older. Throughout the program, you will gain valuable insights into essential preparations before initiating sleep training, ensuring you feel equipped and confident as you embark on this journey. By the end of this course, your child should be able to fall asleep on their own and be sleeping 10+ hours a night.
We will dive into the importance of self-care during the sleep training process, offering strategies for managing your well-being while adapting to your child’s needs. Additionally, the course provides an in-depth overview of various sleep training methods, allowing you to explore and compare options to find the approach that best aligns with your family values and parenting style.
Participants will learn how to effectively implement their chosen sleep training method, including step-by-step guidance on when to start and how to troubleshoot common challenges that may arise. We will also address unexpected situations that might occur during training, providing you with practical solutions and reassurance. By the end of the course, you will feel fully prepared to help your child develop healthy sleep habits, leading to improved well-being for the entire family.

You are ready to start sleep training, BUT the idea of meeting online and scheduling seems overwhelming to you.
If you have a nanny or a grandparent assisting you with sleep routines, it’s important that everyone involved has the same information. This way, you can all make the best decisions for your situation. (I can also help you create a personalized plan, including specific steps for any unique circumstances, such as sleeping in a pack-and-play at grandma’s house.)
I personally learn best this way and know there are other introverts who also work better behind a screen. This course is for you!

Sleep Training
At your own pace, on your own time.
Sometimes it’s nice to have all the information laid out in front of you, with step-by-step instructions. Some people learn better this way, and if this is true for you, this course will work great for you. You can learn at your own pace; if you need a refresher, you can always come back to access the information.
This course is suitable for children four months and older. If your child is under four months, it may benefit you, but I think my consultations could be more helpful. There is only one method used for children under the age of four months, you wouldn’t have as many options as others.

The Sunlight Zone
This package has no 1:1 assistance. It is just the course. This is great if you would like to build your own package. You can add 1:1 assistance from my services page, it is not required. You are more than welcome to take the course alone!

The Midnight Zone
This package includes four weeks of unlimited sleep support emails to begin the day you implement your plan! This way, I can be available throughout your whole sleep training process.

The Trenches
This package includes two 45-minute phone calls with me, which you can use as needed, along with six weeks of sleep support emails. These emails are beneficial for any questions that don't require a phone call. Phone calls should be made during weekdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PDT. You can book them in advance for a weekly check-in or whenever necessary.
